Pricing: Online coaching with an Elite Coach starts at $300 per month, with a four-month minimum. Coaching with Ashley Kaltwasser is $350 per month. Direct monthly coaching with Adam Bonilla is $500 per month. One-on-one posing at the Las Vegas Contest Prep Center is $40 for 30 minutes or $75 for 60 minutes.

Description

Team Elite Physique provides contest-prep coaching for bodybuilding and physique competitors from its Contest Prep Center in Las Vegas and through online coaching worldwide. Founded by head coach Adam Bonilla in 2000, the team has a particular focus on Bikini and Fit Model competition preparation.

Competitors receive individualized coaching rather than a fixed contest-prep plan. Programs include customized training, nutrition and cardio based on your physique, goals and competition timeline, with adjustments made as you progress toward the stage.

Weekly check-ins include a video response from your coach, giving you regular feedback on your progress and the changes needed for the following week. Athletes can also contact their coach by email throughout the week. During peak week, check-ins increase to daily so training, nutrition, cardio and other elements of the final preparation can be adjusted as competition day approaches.

Posing is integrated into the team's contest-prep system. Personalized video posing adjustments are included during the final six weeks of prep, while team members receive discounted rates for private posing sessions. Competitors in Las Vegas can also attend group posing classes and book one-on-one posing at the Contest Prep Center.

The coaching roster includes several experienced Bikini competitors and coaches. Ashley Kaltwasser is a three-time Bikini Olympia champion, while other team coaches include IFBB professionals and specialists in Bikini posing, dietetics, exercise science and personal training.

For competitors who want face-to-face support, the Las Vegas Contest Prep Center offers individual personal training, posing sessions and physique assessments. Athletes can also access specialized workshops, posing classes and team events held in Las Vegas throughout the competition season.

Online competitors receive the same core structured approach without needing to live in Nevada. Programs include customized workouts, a tailored cardio regimen, meal planning, weekly exercise review and ongoing adjustments. Competitors can also receive guidance when selecting an appropriate competition and planning the timeline needed to prepare.
